Over the winter of 2024 I have taken the time out to work more in-depth on my wax carving skills.

I take jewellers wax my favourite is red and blue ferris wax and I carve rings and pendants from this to be sent to be cast in silver and gold. I have a little dedicated space in the studio were I work away on melting, carving and sanding the wax to the perfect size.

i also have a dedicated space to do my own in house sand casting, so I am able to carve my own work and sand cast it at home, with the hope in the future to invest more in a better fancier system.

Right now I really love the hands on aspect of sand casting, the pieces like my gold lucky bean charm have been lovingly created this way.
